The Maybe's

Maybe this moment came too soon,

Maybe I should've stayed longer,

Maybe I shouldn't look back,

Maybe I should cry,

Maybe I should smile,

Maybe I should get some rest,

Maybe I should call you,

Maybe I should've looked you in the eyes when I whispered, 

"I love you."

Maybe not.

But maybe I should've stopped by to say goodbye.
