Book Review: Shadowmancer by G.P. Taylor

Genre: Fantasy
Ages: 11 and Up

This book was probably the most spiritual I've ever read. It was also very scary. At least to me. The author G.P. Taylor (who is a strong Christian) really put a lot of spiritual aspects into the story so they were almost subtle but if you thought about it thoroughly, you would have seen it all there.

About:
Vicar Obadiah Demmural isn't content with being only in charge of the village, he wants to control the entire world. He finally has one of the extremely powerful Keruvims, but he needs to get the second one to have complete control. Nothing will stop the Vicar from getting it.

One day, a young boy named Thomas, meets a young man named Raphah who is after the Keruvim to bring it back to where it belongs. Along the way, Thomas' friend Kate joins in and helps them on their journey. Through battles and trials with monsters and demonic forces, they prevail in the end to show the greatest power of all, the power of God.

Have you read this book before? If so, tell me what you thought of it! It's always great to share your opinion about something you've read so that others can know beforehand if they'll be interested in a book or not! Keep on reading!
