Book Review: Prince Caspian by C.S. Lewis

Genre: Fantasy
Ages: 9-12

This was a good book that I enjoyed very much. The end though made me a bit sad for some reason even though it wasn't really that bad. Like all of the Narnia books in the series, both boys and girls will be able to enjoy this book.

About:
One day when Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy were waiting at the train station to be taken to boarding school, they are magically taken away from this world, and called back to Narnia by Susan's old magic horn. The only thing is that it's not quite how they remember it.

They eventually meet a dwarf named Trumpkin and he tells them everything that's been going on recently in Narnia. It turns out, its been hundreds of years in Narnian time! They then go on an adventure to help Prince Caspian defeat the Telmarines and bring Narnia back to its former glory.

My favorite part in this book is when Lucy sees Aslan but the others don't yet they trust in her and follow Aslan who leads them straight to Prince Capsian. Eventually all of them (even Trumpkin who never believed Aslan existed) see him and they all have new strength to win.

Have you read Prince Caspian before? If you have, tell me what you thought of it and I'll be sure to post it on the blog for others to read. Thank you!
